The character of Cassandra Cain has always fascinated me with the juxtaposition of near-total innocence of most aspects of life with the instincts and capabilities of one of the most dangerous warriors on Earth (who has doubtless seen death in all its most horrible forms). Whether such a girl would be romantically attracted to Tim (or even be capable of such emotion) is a matter for debate for those who understand her better than me.
Tim is a lot easier to handle. He clearly has locked onto the 'Knights of Gotham' concept and wishes to live a life guided by chivalry. Cassie is a vulnerable young woman who has lost her one real emotional anchor (Stephanie/Spoiler) and I can imagine Tim wanting to help and then getting too deep without knowing it.
One thing that clearly has happened is that Tim has earned Cassie's trust (a difficult prospect at the best of times). That she is willing to play with him and rest with him shows a lot of how deep that trust has become.
Just a note: Cassie's posture in "Game Over" seems a bit wrong somehow. It might be because a lot of her is covered by Tim's cape and her matt black costume blends into the background, making it difficult to judge it precisely. This quibble aside, they are all examples of TTM's usual superb rendering work.
