Hope everyone has had a wonderful Thanksgiving
I wished to express my thanks to Chris for passing on Alfred's brined turkey recipe. It gave great satisfaction :D I recommend it be accompanied by Mama Stamburg's Cranberry Relish

They've broadcast the recipe every Thanksgiving since 1971. Its best on Turkey sandwiches the day after ;)
