Chris, how do you feel about having them printed (hardcopy)? With your permission, I'd like to send them to one of those printing services that will print single or small quantities of books. It would be for my own personal use, of course. If you weren't opposed to that, if we print several copies we can get a discount. I know it would have to be strictly NOT FOR PROFIT, but if a group of us got together and pooled our resources to get a little better deal... Just a thought.
