While walking home from a party a few days ago, I
encountered two drunk Dutchmen. When they saw me, they
stopped me and started explaining why the Netherlands
should annex Belgium. Apparently we, Belgians are too
stupid, talk funny and are a bunch of nancies who can't
produce good beer and can't hold their liquor either. I
kept silent while they were rambling on and on and
finally they figured they couldn't get a reaction out of
me so they did what they first had in mind when stopping
me: asking the way to the railroad station ... let's hope
they eventually discovered that the docks are far, far
away from the station.
